Set your forms. Tap to level. Pour with confidence.

StakeCrete® adjustable formwork stakes hold your concrete forms rock-steady — then let you fine-tune the fall in two directions with a single tap of a hammer.

The formwork problem

Pegs and offcuts cost you time and accuracy.

Timber pegs split when you drive them, rot in the ground, and give you nothing to fine-tune with. Getting a clean fall for runoff — let alone in two directions — means shimming, re-driving and hoping.

StakeCrete is purpose-built for the job. A galvanized steel stake with a pointed tip and a ladder of holes down its length. Drive it beside the form, fix the timber through any hole, rest your level on top, and tap the stake to draw the form down to a perfect line.

StakeCrete in use: tap the stake to adjust height to perfect level, and use a screwdriver through the holes for effortless extraction.
Why StakeCrete

Engineered for a straight line and a clean fall

Precision levelling

Set a spirit level across the top of the form and tap the stake to drive it down by millimetres — dial in falls in two directions for perfect runoff.

Effortless extraction

When the pour has cured, slot a screwdriver or bar through one of the holes and lever the stake straight out. No digging, no bent pegs.

Galvanized for life

Hot-dip galvanized steel shrugs off wet concrete, mud and site abuse. Use them pour after pour, season after season — they won't rot or rust away.

Four steps

From bare ground to a level form

1

Drive

Hammer the pointed stake into the ground alongside your timber form.

2

Fix

Screw or nail the form to the stake through whichever hole lines up.

3

Level

Rest a spirit level on top and tap the stake to draw the form to your line and fall.

4

Extract

After the pour, lever the stake out with a screwdriver through a hole — and reuse it.

Hot-dip galvanized

A zinc coat that outlives the job

Every stake is fabricated first — cut, pointed, drilled and stamped — then dipped whole in molten zinc. The coating seals the bar inside and out, including the hole bores and the driven tip, to EN ISO 1461.

That's true hot-dip galvanizing — a 70–85 micron barrier that shrugs off wet concrete, mud and years in the back of the van. No surface rust, no rot, just a tool you reuse pour after pour.
